Abstract:

To provide a material with high proton conductivity, excellent thermal stability, workability, and elasticity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same.

The proton conductor contains an organosiloxane skeleton and an inorganic component with a unit of M(O-)x, (M represents a metal element becoming an acidic oxide with pKa of at least 3 or less, and/or a metal element containing metalloid, and/or a metalloid, X shows a valence or a coordination number), and an inorganic component with a unit of P(O-)y, (y is an integer); or an organosiloxane skeleton having a functional group with pKa of 3 or less, and an inorganic component with a unit of M(O-)x, (M represents a metal element, and/or a metalloid, X shows a valence or a coordination number), and an inorganic component with a unit of P(O-)y, (y is an integer of 4-6).
