To solve the problem that the filling material can not filled between an existing member and a plate material till the adhesive agent is cured in a current method utilizing adhesion with the adhesive agent coated on a surface of a Hook-and-Loop fastener.
In this method of providing the plate material in the existing member, the plate material, to which a pair of Hook-and-Loop fasteners at an appropriate dimension are adhered by giving the adhesive agent to engagement surfaces, is made to abut on the existing member for adhesion through the Hook-and-Loop fastener, and before the adhesive agent is cured, a fitting pin is placed from a plate material side for fixation. The filling material is filled between the plate material and the existing member to adhere or tightly adhere the plate material to the existing member.
