The system is provided with a server 3 operating a design registration accepting site 2a accepting the registration of a design provided from the designer through a network 1 and an information providing site 2 providing the design through the network 1. This system is further provided with a design registering means 4 registering the design with copyright provided from the designer who performs access through the design registration accepting site 2a, a design information database 5 storing the registered design and a designer information database 6 storing designer information. A distribution means 8 is provided for distributing the design through the network 1 to terminal equipment 7 of the designer when the designer desires the distribution of the design provided on the information providing site 2 through the network 1 in exchange for design provision.
