Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity sensor in which crosstalk countermeasure of each set is easy.SOLUTION: A proximity sensor 100 has a light-emitting device 120, and a light-receiving device 130 including a plurality of light-receiving sections 131-134, where the light-receiving device 130 includes a function for arbitrarily selecting which light-receiving section is used. The plurality of light-receiving sections 131-134 are arranged on the surface of the light-receiving device 130 in the arrangement direction of the light-emitting device 120, and light-receiving device 130. When a surface emission laser element is used as the light-emitting device 120, the light-emitting device 120 and light-receiving device 130 can be sealed integrally by a translucent sealing member 140, without separating optically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
