Title:
PROXIMITY SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018174049
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity sensor capable of preventing release of gas even in a high vacuum.SOLUTION: A proximity sensor comprises: a ferrite core 11, formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape having an outer cylinder part 11a, which is provided with a detection coil 3 mounted inside the outer cylinder part; and a sensor head which houses the ferrite core in a container 2. The proximity sensor detects an approaching detection object by using the detection coil, with the sensor head arranged in a vacuum atmosphere. The proximity sensor further comprises: a vacuum adhesive which fills the inside of the container 2 in such a manner that the ferrite core 11 and the detection coil 3 are embedded therein; and a first stress absorption member 9 which is interposed between the outer cylinder part of the ferrite core and an inner peripheral surface of the container so as to absorb the stress applied from the vacuum adhesive to the outer cylinder part of the ferrite core in accordance with the temperature change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
