Title:
PRSSURE CONTROL VALVE WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58154018
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of pressure control accuracy caused by a fluid, by controlling a pressure control valve by expansion/contraction of a bimetal provided to a fluid pressure transmission line while preventing the fluid from passing through a pressure control room and therefore avoiding the change of pressure due to the temperature change. CONSTITUTION:A pressure control room A is provided into a pipeline (x) through which the air is sent with pressure to a fluid tank Y by an air pump X. At the same time, a temperature-sensitive room B is provided to a pipeline (y) through which the fluid is sent with pressure to a nozzle Z from the tank Y. The room A is unified with the room B and controls the pressure of a spring air as well as a diaphragm within a fixed range. Then the room A secures the interlocking between the expansion/contraction of a bimetal provided in the room B and the diaphragm in the room A and therefore prevents the variations of pressure due to the temperature change. Thus it is possible to spray the fluid through the nozzle Z with a fixed pressure at all times regardless of the temperature change. This can prevent the deterioration of accuracy of a pressure control valve owing to viscosity of the fluid.
