To provide a mail article and a delivery which improve "an open rate" and have a function of placing the opened "postcards" on hand in which confidential letters are sent or direct mails are sent directly to specific customers popularly, consequently, many pieces of mail and delivered objects are dropped into a mailbox of each customer in a day, and each person selects a required mail or a delivered object from many pieces of mail or delivered objects depending on a sender of "the postcard" or in a range confirmable from the description on the mails, and discards most of the mails or the delivered objects as they are, or discards them promptly after opening and glancing at the contents insides them.
A pseudo adhesive sheet with a hologram and an information record laminate using the pseudo adhesive sheet are provided, allowing a mail article and a delivery to be provided that improve an open rate and have a function of placing the opened mails on hand.
