Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the corrosion resistance of an iron or steel pseudo alloy coated member having a Zn-Al based pseudo alloy coating layer on the surface.SOLUTION: The corrosion resistance of a pseudo alloy coated member is improved more than that of a pseudo alloy coated member having a conventional Zn-Al based pseudo alloy coating layer by preventing the self-corrosion of aluminium of a pseudo alloy coating layer formed on the surface of an iron or steel base material by metal spray, by using the pseudo alloy coating layer as a pseudo alloy layer formed by mixing a zinc layer with an aluminium alloy layer including silicon and at least one of manganese and copper, and the corrosion resistant life of the pseudo alloy coated member can be extended.SELECTED DRAWING: None
