Abstract:
To provide a pseudo random number generator that generates a pseudo random number sequence different from that of other pseudo random number generator.
The pseudo random number generator 1 includes a primitive pseudo random number generator 2 that generates a pseudo random number 3 having a particular sequence, an identifier generator 4 that generates a particular identifier 5 of a device, and an arithmetic unit 6 that is connected to the primitive pseudo random number generator 2 and the identifier generator 4, receives the pseudo random number 3 and the particular identifier 5 as inputs, applies a prescribed arithmetic operation to them and outputs a pseudo random number 7.
