To automatically permit a flower to close or open by constituting a psychrometric power equipment in such a way that petals are separated from a holding means and a flower is made to naturally close when an absorptive substance sucks up the water of a container to be a humid state, while, when the pedals are dried, the flower is opened to absorb water again.
