To provide a public lavatory toilet stool for a wheelchair in which a person on a wheelchair can relatively easily urinate without help when going out.
For enabling a person on a wheelchair to urinate on it, the toilet stool is composed in such a way that its height can be set to be similar to that of the wheelchair, or that it can be moved to a certain degree.
