Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain an incoming speach in a public telephone set by allowing the incoming speech if a communication prefered flag is set in the case when an incoming signal is activated and off-hook is detected.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of using the system for the incoming speech, a speech prefered flag is set to RAM 17 by prescribed operation. An incoming detecting circuit 3 detects the incoming signal coming to a line L and a buzzer 4 rings. At the same time, the incoming signal makes a starting circuit 19 to be in an operation state. A PW relay 20 is operated to close its contact pw and power source is supplied from a commercial power source 1 to a power source circuit 2. CPU 15 is activated to recognize an incoming state by reading voltage charged in the incoming detecting circuit 3 by the incoming signal through an input/output circuit 13. When off-hook is detected before the incoming signal comes fixed number of times, the CPU 15 detects the speech prefered flag previously set in RAM 17 to allow the incoming speech.
