Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public water supply conduit pipe lining material capable of maintaining a water guide pipe even if the existing conduit pipe or reinforcer is damaged by an earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: The lining material is composed of a tubular woven fabric and a water-tight and air-tight resin layer bonded to the outside surface of the tubular woven fabric. The tubular woven fabric is obtained by weaving using a polyester Taslan-finished yarn as the warp and/or weft. The polyester Taslan-finished yarn is obtained by using a polyester multi-filament yarn as the core yarn and the float yarn and is a bulky yarn obtained by twining the float yarn around the core yarn. The water-tight and air-tight resin layer is composed of a polyethylene resin layer. The general structure of a public water supply conduit pipe renovated by using the lining material includes, starting from the inner-most surface, a water-tight and air-tight resin layer, a tubular woven fabric, a reinforcer and an existing conduit pipe laminated in this order.
