Abstract:

To provide a puff for makeup which securely dyes effective components to the surface of sponge made of rubber latex, has excellent antimicrobial, antiallergic, antioxidative and deodorant properties and sustains these properties for a long period of time in spite of wetting with water and water washing.

At least one effective components B selected from the group consisting of tea extract, catechin, saponin and tannic acid are dyed to the sponge A made of the sponge rubber, such as natural rubber latex, acrylonitrile- butadiene rubber latex or styrene-butadiene rubber latex by a dyeing method. As a result, the desired puff for makeup is obtained.
