To prevent a solution for makeup from sticking to fingers even when the solution for makeup is applied to the face and to make much of powder stick smoothly to the skin of the face even when powdering the face.
A puff body 1 comprises an elastic body 2 which has elasticity and is provided with a thickness about 5 mm and a thin sheet-like film body 3 which is made of a synthetic resin and is bonded to one surface of this elastic body 2. The surface of the film has smoothness and for example, a polyethylene film, polyester film, polypropylene film, etc., are used as the material of the film body 3. Any of cotton, cotton paper, polyurethane foam or nonwoven fabric is used as the material of the elastic body 2. Since the elastic body 2 is composed of these materials, the solution for makeup, such as toilet water or milky lotion, is liable to penetrate the elastic body and the powder spreads well. Further, the texture is good and the material cost can be reduced.
