To provide a pull-out testing device capable of grasping a basic strength even at a site in which a heavy machine cannot be employed and yet capable of accurately measuring the basic strength.
A pull-out testing machine 1 for measuring a basic strength includes: a simple frame 2 installed in a ground G in which the basic strength is measured; a load applying means 10 attached to the simple frame 2; and load measuring means 20 arranged between the load applying means 10 and a base member BP buried in the ground G and coupled with both thereof, whereas the load applying means 10 has a function allowing the load measuring means 20 to be continuously moved in a direction away from the ground G. The preparation of the pull-out testing device is completed only by installing the simple frame 2 and fixing the load applying means 10 to the simple frame 2 and by installing the load measuring means 20 between the load applying means 10 and the base member BP. Consequently, the preparation of the test can be simply performed in a short time at the site in which the test is executed.
