The pull-out tool 10 is used to draw out a part having a cylindrical part 26 and a locked part 25 protruding radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 26 in an axial direction of the part 26. The pull-out tool 10 includes: a pair of locks 28 capable of axially engaging with the locked part 25 at two 180 opposite positions on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 26; and regulating means 33 and 33 for restraining the pair of locks 28 and the locked part 25 from relatively moving in a radial direction of the cylindrical part 26 and also in a direction orthogonal to the facing direction of the pair of locks 28 while the pair of locks 28 are engaged with the locked part 25.
