Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull strength testing equipment that can absorb a counterforce, at the same time transfer a rotary force, and can be automated at the connection part between a rotary member and a pull shaft.
SOLUTION: A pull strength measuring equipment is provided with a strain gauge 6c for measuring a tensile force being generated in a pull shaft 9, a storage means for storing a value that is measured by the strain gauge 6c, a comparison means for comparing the measurement value that is stored by the storage means with a value that is measured by the strain gauge 6c later, and a control means for performing control so that a peak value for stopping a motor 20 can be measured based on a result that is compared by the comparison means. Therefore, only a rupture value has been coped with conventionally but the strength of an object to be measured can be determined simply by checking the strength peak value. Also, when a storage value is smaller than the measurement value, the peak value can be determined and the storage value can be set to the peak value.
