Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley actuator which is compact in an axial direction.SOLUTION: By a plurality of ball cams 2, 3 composed of a pair of cam members 4-6 disposed so as to relatively rotate about a shaft S, a ball 11 held between a pair of cam grooves 9a, 9b formed on opposite surfaces of the cam members 4, 5, and a ball 12 held between a pair of cam grooves 10a, 10b formed on opposite surfaces of the pair of the cam members 5, 6, rotational force inputted in the cam member 4 is converted into driving force pressing the cam members 5, 6 in an axial direction, and the driving force is transmitted to a moving pulley 1, thereby driving the moving pulley 1 in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
