To provide a pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch, capable of suppressing the occurrence of an edge load of a roller and improving moment load resistance by reducing the inclination of a contact face pressure distribution on a roller generating line of the one-way clutch.
In the pulley device 10 with the built-in one-way clutch, the axial direction center of the roller 22 and the axial direction center of a belt groove 12a of the pulley 12 are offset from each other. A ramp face 21a of a clutch inner ring 21 brought into rolling contact with the roller 22 has different outer diameters for both ends in the axial direction, and the small diameter side end 21b of the side of the smaller diameter is arranged further on the axial direction central side of the belt groove 12a than the axial direction center of the roller 22.
