To provide a pulley device having large abrasion resistance of an outer peripheral part of a pulley, by surely preventing the rotational movement of the pulley to an outer race of a rolling bearing.

The pulley 1 and the outer race 6 of a ball bearing 3 are integrally molded. While constituting a first part 15 having an outer peripheral part wound with a belt in the pulley 1 out of a first resin material, a second part 16 having a part contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the outer race 6 in the pulley 1, is composed of a second resin material having a molding shrinkage factor larger than a molding shrinkage factor of the first resin material. A material superior in abrasion resistance more than the second resin material, is used as the first resin material.
