Abstract:
To provide pulleys 3 and 5 capable of winding an optical fiber core wire 6 around a bobbin 22 at high speed and low tension without causing loop and inferior alignment in the optical fiber pulleys 3 and 5 formed with a U-shaped recessed groove 7 having an arc groove bottom part 71, in its circumferential surface.
Supposing that the diameter of the arm of the groove bottom part 71 is denoted to D and the diameter of the optical fiber core wire 6 is denoted to d, D/d is set to 1.0-1.8. It is preferable to set the D/d to 1.2-1.5 in particular.
