Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit resonance of a torsion coil spring in a torsion direction and thereby prevent damage of the torsion coil spring.SOLUTION: A pulley structure 1 includes: an outer rotating body 2 around which a belt B is wound; an inner rotating body 3 which is provided at the radial inner side of the outer rotating body 2 and can rotate relative to the outer rotating body 2; and a spring 4 disposed between the outer rotating body 2 and the inner rotating body 3. The spring 4 has: a rear end side area 43 which contacts with the outer rotating body 2 in a state where the outer rotating body 2 and the inner rotating body 3 do not rotate; a front end side area 44 which contacts with the inner rotating body 3; and a middle area 45 which is located between the rear end side area 43 and the front end side area 44 and does not contact with the outer rotating body 2 and the inner rotating body 3. The outer rotating body 2 has a contact surface 22 which contacts with an outer peripheral surface 41 of the middle area 45 of the spring 4 in conjunction with diameter expansion of the spring 4 to restrict diameter expanding deformation of the spring 4. A radial size X1 of a gap between the outer peripheral surface 41 of the middle area 45 of the torsion coil spring 4 and the contact surface 22 of the outer rotating body 2 changes in a rotation axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
