Abstract:
To provide a pulley of a pulley unit with a one-way clutch for shortening machining time for removing painting and reducing facility cost, and its manufacturing method.
This pulley 4 has a cam face 11 at the inner periphery, and an inner peripheral painted face 20a in a protection surface membrane 20 obtained after painting its whole surface is removed by a shot blasting device 21. In the shot blast treatment, the pulley 4 is rotated and shot particles 22 are injected on an inner peripheral face of the pulley 4 from a nozzle 25 moving vertically.
