To provide a pulley with built-in clutch that can suppress an increase in load torque and can be managed easily.
A pulley hub 1 and the pulley 2 are supported so that they can be rotated relatively freely by a pair of enclosing bearings 10, and a one-way clutch 20 for transmitting the rotation of the pulley 2 in one direction to the pulley hub 1 is incorporated between the pair of enclosing bearings 10. An inner seal 15a at the side of the one-way clutch 20 in the pair of bearings 10 is set to be a noncontact type seal, thus suppressing an increase in the load torque so that the inner seal 15a does not come into contact with an inner wheel 12 even if the pressure of internal space 27 formed between the pair of bearings 10 increases. The bearing 10 and the one-way clutch 20 are lubricated by a lubricant for clutches of the same type, thus facilitating the management.
