A pulley comprises: a pulley drum 1 where an intermediate part in an axial direction forms a conveying belt winding-up part 5, and openings 7 extending through from an inner peripheral surface to an outer peripheral surface and bored in a state to be peripherally arranged in each of two end parts in an axial direction; end plates 8 positioned closer to the pulley winding-up part 5 side than the openings 7 and fixed at the pulley drum 1 in a manner to make inner contact with each of the vicinities of the two end parts of the pulley drum 1; support shaft 3 coaxially protruding from each of the end plates 8 toward the side of the pulley drum 1; and blasting impellers 9 mounted on the support shaft 3 in a manner to be positioned in a space surrounded with the inner peripheral surfaces of the vicinities of the two end parts of the pulley drum 1. The blasting impellers 9 are rotated together with the pulley drum 9 and air stream flowing out to the outside through the openings 7 is generated.
