PURPOSE: To smoothly and continuously pull out thread by forming a fluidic body layer by laying lightweight granular bodies having fluidity onto the package threads and pulling out the thread from between the granular body layer.
CONSTITUTION: Since, before the pulling out of a thread 2, granular bodies 15a are laid over and on the periphery and in an inner hole of a can 4A so that package threads 11 are buried, the upper surface of the package thread 11 is pressed by the weight of the upper granular body layer 15, and provided with a prescribed tension. Since the thread 2 is pulled out from between the granular body layer 15, the thread in the lower layer which tends to be accompanied by the pulled-out thread 2 is squeezed by the granular body layer 15 having fluidity, and twist and intertwining are ravelled out, and the thread is left under the granular body layer 15 without being accompanied by the pulled-out thread 2, and the pulled-out thread 2 is smoothly pulled out.
