To provide a pulling-out tool for sheet metal in which the replacement of the tip tool of a shaft to be welded or the like is more simply performed and sheet metal work is performed efficiently and rapidly and a method for repairing the surface of the sheet metal.

The pulling-out tool for sheet metal for pulling out the surface of the sheet metal comprises a base part which is composed by accompanying a leg part for bringing the base part into contact with the surface of the sheet metal and the shaft part which is freely movable back and forth in the axial direction to the base part. In this pulling-out tool for the steel metal, a connecting tool for mounting one kind of a nose tool which is arbitrarily selected among the combination of two or more kinds of the nose tools which are mutually different freely attachably and detachably at the tip of the shaft part.
