PURPOSE: To provide the pulling tool capable of strongly pulling back a fishing line, when a fish bites a bait in a bait casting fishing and pulls the fishing line in the first time.

CONSTITUTION: In the pulling tool, a thin steel plate 9 is fixed between magnets 8 and 10 wrapped with yokes in a cylinder. The magnet 10 is attached to an elastic rubber and pulled with the elastic rubber to allow the magnet 10 to be attracted to the steel plate 9. When the magnet 8 is attracted to the steel plate 9 in the state, the N and N poles of both the magnets repel each other, and the attraction force is defeated by the pulling force of the elastic rubber, whereby the magnet 10 is immediately pulled back. Levers 7, 11 are attached to both holders 12, and a fishing line is wound up on the levers and interlocked with the levers.
