To provide a papermaking device for waste paper recycling apparatus capable of being installed in a room of a small shop or the like, friendly to the environment, low in running cost, and capable of maintaining high confidentiality.

A waste paper recycling apparatus of a furniture size is provided with a papermaking part 3 for manufacturing recycled paper RP by making paper of waste paper pulp produced at a pulp producing part in a previous step. The papermaking part 3 comprises a papermaking net conveyer part 40 for forming a slurry-like pulp suspension PS fed from the pulp producing part 2 in the previous step into a wet web RP0, a drying belt conveyer part 42 for drying the wet web RP0 formed into a sheet at the papermaking net conveyer part 40 into recycled paper RP, and a dewatering roll part 41 for squeeze-dewatering the wet web RP0 at a linkage part of these papermaking net conveyer part 40 and drying belt conveyer part 42. Thus pulp suspension fed from the pulp producing part 2 is made into paper and dewatered and dried.
