Abstract:
To obtain a deep-drawn vessel of high additional value with stabilized molding fabrication accuracy by accumulating pulp fiber as the main raw material, matting the pulp to paper and hot-pressing the paper with a heated mold in the production of deep drawn vessels with environmental loading lowered and shape freeness enlarged.
Pulp fiber as a raw material is accumulated to form mats of pulp fiber accumulation with a density of 0.02-0.50 g/cm3, then the pulp accumulation is pressed with a pressure of 1-100 kg/cm2 to give the paper with a density of 0.02-1.2 g/cm3.
