Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide easily burning characteristics at the time of treatment after use, to be able to use for landfilling, to improve the defect of a pulp mold cushioning material, i.e., to improve lack of cushioning strength and to improve the moldability.
CONSTITUTION: A pulp foam cushioning material is composed of pulp inclduing regenerated pulp and a biodegradable thickening agent as main raw materials for three-dimensional network. The material is manufactured by the process in which pulp including regenerated pulp, a biodegradable thickening agent together with a foaming agent are kneaded with water, and the kneaded material is foamed in a frame and shaped into the hollow shape in the frame and dried.
