Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the form for a concrete retaining wall simply subjected to disposal treatment and capable of enhancing the surface strength of cast concrete by arranging a thermoplastic resin layer on the surface of a main body having embossed patterns formed thereon by molding a pulp material.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin layer is provided on the surface of a main body having embossed patterns formed thereon by molding a pulp material or the main body is impregnated with the thermoplastic resin layer to constitute a pulp mold decorative form. That is, a large number of the recessed parts 3a-3i and contour protruding parts 4a-4i of natural stone patterns are formed on the main body 2 of a decorative frame 1 and the surfaces of these parts are covered with a porous heat shrinkable film 5 forming a resin layer. Then, a pulp slurry is sucked in a papermaking mold to produce a mold. At this time, the film 5 is bonded to the main body 2 by a hot press using the male mold 7 to the mold 6 of the pulp mold. By this method, a decorative form simply subjected to disposal treatment and capable of enhancing the surface strength of cast concrete is obtained.
