A pulsation absorbing mechanism 1 is for absorbing pulsation of carried liquid, and is provided with an elastic film 2 directly touching the liquid and absorbing pulsation by contraction and an outside elastic film 3 covering an outside of the elastic film 2. Thereby, the elastic film 2 directly touching the carried liquid contracts and absorbs pulsation and the outside elastic film 3 covering the elastic film 2 suppresses contraction of the elastic film 2. Pulsation is effectively absorbed by the elastic film 2 and a long lifetime can be achieved by suppression of contraction of the elastic film 2 by the outside elastic film 3 while materializing simplification, miniaturization and low cost by using the elastic films 2, 3 in such a manner. Liquid is prevented from leaking to an outside by the outside elastic film 3 disposed at the outside of the elastic film 2 even if the elastic film 2 breaks.
