Title:
PULSE GENERATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03237814
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To uniformize a current flowing through a high-speed diode by providing a conductor plate so that the inductance component of each high-speed diode constituting a serial/parallel diode group is uniformized.

CONSTITUTION: A damping diode group 10a connected in series to a main capacitor is formed by the serial/parallel connection of the high-speed diodes 13. Then part of a pulse generating circuit is formed by a conductor plate 12 and the conductor plate 12 is arranged in a position where the distance from each high- speed diode 13 is uniformized. That is, the conductor plate 12 uniformizes the inductance component attended with each high-speed diode 13. Thus, the current flowing to each high-speed diode is uniformized.
