Abstract:
To prevent malfunction caused in an unstable state until a value of write data from an external unit is defined.
The pulse generator is provided with: a counter 104 for counting clocks; a comparator 105 for detecting coincidental comparison between a count of the counter and write data from an external unit; a flip-flop 108 for generating a pulse on the basis of the coincidental comparison; and a stabilizing circuit 103 for delaying the write data by a prescribed time to stabilize the write data and supplying the result to the comparator 105.
