Title:
PULSE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3487102
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of high-performance permanent magnets to be used and to reduce the cost of magnets by arranging a high-performance permanent magnet with a large energy product and a permanent magnet with a small energy product alternately at each groove, so that adjacent permanent magnets have magnetic polarities in opposite directions.
SOLUTION: A primary side movable element 1 has six gear parts and five groove parts, with a gear pitch of P/2 along an end face that faces a secondary side stator with a pole gear of a gear pitch of P. Then, a high-performance permanent magnet 4 is inserted into three groove parts at both edges and center out of all groove parts, and a permanent magnet 5 with a small energy product is inserted into the remaining two grooves. The movable element 1 is constituted of this kind of A-phase magnetic pole, a B-phase magnetic pole that is arranged while being delayed by P/3 at the relative position of the gear pitch from the A-phase magnetic pole and has the same components as the A-phase magnetic pole, and a C-phase magnetic pole that is arranged while being delayed by 2P/3 at the relative position of the gear pitch from the A-phase magnetic pole and has the same components as the A-phase magnetic pole.
