Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse transformation circuit of high performance and insulation reliability to pulse formation in extremely short wavelength also structurally in small outer diametral dimension and high workability and electrically in small leakage inductance within the pulse formation circuit assembled with a saturable reactor and a pulse transformer.
SOLUTION: An iron core 2 of a saturable reactor 1 round up with a winding 3 by one turn less than the required winding factor N1 providing a wound up conductor in the state having the sufficient length for making the primary winding 6 of a pulse transformer 5, while the saturable reactor 1 and the pulse transformer 5 are fixed in the closest positions in the state of the secondary winding 7 wound up with the winding start and the winding end connecting to the terminals 8 and 9. In such a state, the primary winding 6 of the pulse transformer 5 is wound up by N1 turn with the winding end conductor of the saturable reactor 1 and then passing through the inside of the iron core 2 of the saturable reactor 1 the insufficient one turn is added to equalize winding number of the winding 3 of the saturable reactor 1 with the required winding factor to be connected to the terminal 10 of said reactor 1.
