To provide a transformer circuit facilitating a winding work to a core member and being capable of taking the midpoint of a winding without depending upon the routing of a wire.
The transformer circuit 100 has a transformer part 10 and a printed board 30 mounting the transformer part 10. The transformer part 10 has the core member 11 with a rod-shaped core section, first to fourth wires 14 to 17 wound on the core section and first to fourth terminal electrode pairs 18 to 21 connecting both end sections of the first to fourth wires 14 to 17 respectively. The printed board 30 has a first connecting conductor pattern 36 connecting one land 32A of a first land pattern pair 32 and the other land 34B of a third land pattern pair 34 and a second connecting conductor pattern 37 connecting the land 33A on one end side of a second land pattern pair 33 and the land 35B on the other end side of a fourth land pattern pair 35.
