Title:
PULSE TUBE REFRIGERATING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2983216
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a phase as a supplement, increase the amount of heat transfer of a heat exchanger, and improve freezing capability, by connecting a buffer tank forming one part of a phase adjustment means to the high-temperature-side heat exchanger of cold storage equipment by a capillary tube, and by allowing the pressure of the buffer tank to fluctuate.
SOLUTION: A refrigerator is composed of a compressor, cold storage equipment, a pulse tube, a capillary tube that is connected to the pulse tube, and a buffer tank. More specifically, the buffer tank is connected to the high- temperature-side heat exchanger of the cold storage equipment by the capillary tube for allowing the pressure of the buffer tank to fluctuate, thus adding an auxiliary phase adjustment function to the capillary tube. With a capillary, although an adjustment range is small and a range for following various operation conditions is limited since the adjustment range can be determined after the diameter and length are determined, an application range can be expanded by additionally providing the buffer tank. Also, the loss of heat in the pulse tube can be reduced, and freezing capability is improved.
