Title:
PULSE TUBE REFRIGERATING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3793481
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration of a cooling stage and to restrain degradation of cooling performance.
SOLUTION: The thickness of a pulse tube cylinder 27 of a second pulse tube 4 from its low-temperature end to a position of 70% of its total length is set larger than the thickness of 30% on its high-temperature end side. By enhancing the rigidity of the cylinder 27 like this, the vibration of the cooling stage 25 caused by pulsation of pressure in the pulse tube 4 is prevented. In that case, the degradation of the refrigerating capacity is restrained by equalizing the thickness of 30% on the high-temperature end side to the thickness of a normal pulse tube cylinder.
