Abstract:
To provide a pulverization control method by which control for pulverization of raw material powder to a prescribed particle size can be performed even if burst change occurs in raw material powder quality.SOLUTION: A pulverization control method for a pulverization chamber 101, in which raw material powder 110a and a liquid 110b are loaded, by a motor and pulverizing the raw material powder to a prescribed particle size. According to this method, the raw material powder has been previously pulverized under plural conditions with use of the pulverization chamber and the motor, and on the basis of plural data concerning a particle size after pulverization, a pulverization time, and a minimum value of change over time of motor current value, the particle size after pulverization is set approximately to a prediction model function f in which the pulverization time and the minimum value are so made as to be explanatory variables, and then, the raw material powder is pulverized while measuring change over time of motor current value, and after specifying the minimum value of change over time, a pulverization time required for the particle size after pulverization to reach a target particle size is calculated from the minimum value and the prediction model function f, and pulverization is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
