The scraper 10 is detachably attached to the outer wall plate 3b of the lower casing 3 with bolts 19. The receiving plate 3a at the bottom of the lower casing 3 is fixed to the crushing table 4 at an inner diameter side, being separated from the outer wall plate 3b. A lid 20 is openably/closably provided to the discharging port 11 so that it automatically opens at the position of the scraper 10.
