Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and effectively mix and pulverize gas generating materials by making the tip pulverizing drum whose central part is cylindrical and whose both end parts are conical an opening and installing the pulverizing drum with the opening upward.
CONSTITUTION: First, an angle between a support shaft 2 and the horizontal surface, θ1, is made 90°C so that an opening 15 of a pulverizing drum 1 may be turned just upward, and raw material powder, pulverizing medium, etc., are thrown into the pulverizing drum 1. After that, the support shaft 2 is obliquely held at an angle θ1 to the horizontal surface with the opening 15 turned upward, and in this state, the pulverizing drum 1 is rotated around the support shaft 2 to perform fine pulverizing of the raw material. At this time, since the opening 15 exists in the pulverizing drum 1, generated gas is naturally discharged from the opening 15 while pulverizing and a mixing and pulverizing process is effectively performed. And since the pulverizing drum 1 consists of a prism or a pyramid, the convection of balls, etc., on pulverizing is made large to increase the pulverizing efficiency.
