A solid particle in a fine liquid droplet is pulverized into a nano-sized fine particle by generating a gas flow with a jet nozzle 7 by driving air supplied from an air supplying source 41, accelerating a solution containing the solid particle by supplying the solution into the gas flow to be a fine liquid droplet having a velocity of not less than sonic speed, and bombarding the accelerated fine liquid droplet with a rotating collision table 22 in a jetting space 6b. Thereby, high pulverizing capability can be obtained with an inexpensive equipment cost.
