Title:
PUMP ADOPTING INTERMITTENT GEAR AND PARTITION GROOVE GEAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000087871
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To effectively transfer highly viscous liquid containing solid such as sludge or raw concrete by rotatably housing an intermittent gear and a partition groove gear to be meshed with each other in a main body, and generating pumping function by the rotation of both the gears.

When a main shaft 1 is rotated, a driven shaft 5 is rotated by meshing of a driving gear and a driven gear with each other, and an intermittent gear 2 arranged on the main shaft 1 and a pass partition gear 6 arranged on the driven shaft 5 are rotated while being meshed with each other. Liquid suctioned from a suction port enters a pump inner bath 13 is discharged from a discharge port 12 after boosting. With such a pump, since the capacity of the pump inner bath 13 is large, downsizing is enabled. In addition, even highly viscous liquid containing solid material can efficiently be transferred.
