A movable member 32, slidly movable in a lengthwise direction, is provided between a main body 14 and a cap 25, and is provided with two connectors 33 and 34, to be compressed for moving the cap 25 to the main body 14. Two members 37 and 38, for constituting a slider, are approachingly moved to deform elastically deformable sleeves 39 and 40. The deformation of the sleeve 40 of the connector 34, matching with an orifice 30 and existing in a 'USE' position, firmly grips and surely seals a valve element (unshown) inserted into the orifice 30.
