This pump, provided with a pump room constituted of a casing and a diaphragm; an inflow opening and a delivery opening and for communicating the pump room with the outside; and a valve which is mounted on at least either of the inflow opening or the delivery opening and prevents generation of a back flow, and moves fluid by changing the capacity of the pump room corresponding to a displacement occurring at the diaphragm. The pump comprises an oscillating means which is fixed on the diaphragm and generates oscillation by applying a predetermined electric power to give a displacement to the diaphragm corresponding to the oscillation of the oscillating means.
