A pull-out type device (100) includes: a column pipe (102); an in-water motor pump (104) disposed in the column pipe (102); a discharge pipe (122) that is perpendicularly connected to the column pipe at the downstream side of flow (124) between the column pipe and the in-water motor pump; and a separation preventing structure (150) that provides a continuous surface where an inner circumferential surface of the discharge pipe is extended at the corner of orthogonally-connected portion of the column pipe to the discharge pipe, and that suppresses the flow from separating from the inner circumferential wall of the discharge pipe.
