To keep the ratio of the sending amount of a plurality of fluid elements at a constant degree, and to reduce a cost therefor, while easily controlling the amount of sending of the plurality of fluid elements regardless of a long lapse of time.
A positive displacement pump 7 is provided with an inlet 7a and an outlet 7b for a soap liquid 2, and is actuated by power to draw in the soap liquid 2 from the inlet 7a and discharge that from the outlet 7b. A positive displacement pump 8 is provided with an inlet 8a and an outlet 8b for air, and is actuated by power to discharge the air from the outlet 8b. The pumps 7, 8 are connected to a single motor 9 so as to simultaneously receive power from the motor 9. When the motor 9 is actuated, the pumps 7, 8 are simultaneously driven to work together, so that the soap liquid 2 and the air are respectively discharged from the outlets 7a, 8a at the same time.
